Capital Region of Denmark’s Psychiatry – Klintegården

In connection with the roof replacement at Klintegården, Damgaard has drawn up a memorandum concerning the building’s critical masonry.

In general, large parts of the buildings’ masonry are damaged, especially facades located at the north end where the condition must be described as very critical with direct access to the cavity wall.

There are two types of damage to the buildings, partly mortar joints, which are porous and missing, as well as damage caused by bricks and joints due to penetrating moisture from terrain that is generally raised, so 1-3 tile changes are below ground.

The damage has been repaired.
